Return Eligibility Window
All eligible items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.
Condition of Item
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Clause)
Due to the nature of the products, items such as all underwear, briefs, panties, and intimate apparel are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene and health reasons.
Final Sale Items
Any item explicitly marked as “Final Sale” or discounted during special promotions cannot be returned or exchanged.
